What We Do

The Employment Litigation Section (ELS) opens investigations and brings lawsuits all over the United States. ELS lawyers and professional staff work on all aspects of civil litigation, including investigations, discovery, motions practice, settlement negotiations, and trials. We also make sure employers are following court orders that are entered in our cases. Our work contributes to the economic security of workers across the country by ensuring that employers follow federal law. Many of our lawsuits involve complex issues and often require the testimony of expert witnesses, such as industrial psychologists, exercise physiologists, economists, and statisticians.
