U.S. International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program
ITVERP was authorized by Congress to reimburse eligible direct victims of acts of international terrorism that occur outside the United States for expenses associated with that victimization. The Justice Department’s Office for Victim of Crime administers the program.-
