National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center)

The HSI-led IPR Center stands at the forefront of America's response to intellectual property theft and its enforcement of international trade laws. The center consists of law enforcement groups including Interpol, Europol and the governments of Canada and Mexico. These task forces enable the center to leverage the resources, skills and authorities of each partner.


National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C)

National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) is the training and technical assistance provider for the IPEP grant program. The training and technical assistance for state and local law enforcement focuses on supporting the training needs of the local IP sites and through continued education of the greater law enforcement community on promising IP investigative and prosecutorial practices.

The Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) is responsible for implementing the Department's national strategies in combating computer and intellectual property crimes worldwide.


STOPfakes.gov

STOPfakes.gov was launched to serve as a one-stop shop for U.S. government tools and resources on intellectual property rights (IPR). The federal agencies behind STOPfakes.gov have developed a number of resources to educate and assist businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as consumers, government officials, and the general public.
