The sentencing proceeding of defendant William Tierney, in case number 18 Cr. 804 (JMF), is scheduled for March 14, 2019, at 3:45 p.m., in courtroom 1105 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York NY 10007, before the Honorable Jesse M. Furman.

Consistent with the Crime Victims’ Right Act, 18 U.S.C. 3771, victims have the right to be reasonably heard at the sentencing proceeding, including by letter, statement, or other submission to the court, and to confer with counsel for the Government in the case, and to full and timely restitution.
