AZARI’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 11:00pm In Courtroom 14A, 500 Pearl Street.

Tuesday, April 20, 2022 update:

On Tuesday, April 20, 2022, the Court held a change-of-plea hearing in Courtroom 14A, 500 Pearl Street.  The defendant entered a plea of guilty to Counts One, Three, and Four of Superseding Indictment S1 19 Cr. 610 (JGK).

The Court will hold a sentencing hearing on October 19, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. in Courtroom 14A, 500 Pearl Street.
